You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery.

The customer must ship the products back within 14 days of notifying us, to the following address:

Return conditions

Products must be:

unused
undamaged
returned in their original packaging (if possible)
intact in every part

Minor variations in color or texture do not constitute defects, as Cement Decor products are handmade.

Products excluded from returns

Returns are not accepted for:

customized products (specific colors, special effects, or other bespoke requests)

products that have been used, damaged, or modified after delivery

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method; we are not responsible for lost packages.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the returned items, using the original payment method.

Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the error was on our part. Defective or damaged products

If the product arrives damaged:

Include clear photos of the damage

Once verified, we can offer:
