Shipping and returns

Shipping
• Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days for products in stock.
• We ship to all European countries. 
• Delivery time: 2–6 working days, depending on destination.
• You will receive a tracking number when your order is handed over to the courier.

Made to Order orders
• Some items, especially those in custom or non-standard colors, are produced on request.
• Production of made-to-order items takes an additional 3–7 working days, because each piece is made specifically for you.

Returns
• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, intact and in its original condition.
• To initiate a return: cementdecor.it@gmail.com • Items damaged during transport will be replaced free of charge.

Important note
Small imperfections, micro-bubbles or slight variations in color and texture are part of the craftsmanship and are not considered defects, but rather unique characteristics of the product.
